Call for Public Comment on School Facilities Commission Rules
The School Facilities Commission (SFC) and State Construction Department (SCD) are requesting the public's suggestions and comments on the School Facilities Commission Rules. This is an opportunity to submit prior to the SFC beginning the Regular Rulemaking process, so that the SFC can consider potential incorporation of any suggested substantive changes before adopting Regular Rules.
All Chapters (including the Emergency Rules Chapters 2, 3 and 8) can be found below Also available is an extensive FAQ sheet regarding the rule changes, please take a moment to review this with the rules as it may answer come of your questions or concerns.
After review, comments can be submitted through the Comment Form or if comments are prepared in a separate file they can either be uploaded at the end of the form or can be emailed to travis.hoff@wyo.gov (Travis Hoff, Public Information Officer, SCD).
