Build America, Buy America Act. Contractor certifies that all expenditures under performance of this Contract shall comply with the Build America Buy America Act (Title IX, Subtitle A, Section 70901). The Build America Buy America Act requires that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in qualified infrastructure projects are produced in the United States for infrastructure projects where federal funds or federal assistance is utilized.
